Whilst there was a delay in obtaining the parts and thus a delay in vehicle return Josh kept me fully informed throughout the process.

Josh was great - collected my car Saturday morning well within the agreed time slot. Took it for Service & MOT. Completed the service and called me to advise me it had failed the MOT on Osr brake binding. He assured me that they probably just needed to be cleaned, which he did, returned the car to me the same day and re-booked the MOT for when I got home from work on Monday afternoon. He came back at the time we agreed on Monday to take the car for retest and brought it back within 30 mins with the MOT certificate.

As a disabled man who finds it difficult to get around I find this service invaluable and I will be using this site and hopefully Josh, again in the future.
