Shaid had my car in for an MOT today (16/01/2025), which it unfortunately failed.
He was straight on the phone to explain the problem, also sending me pictures and a video (clearly showing that it was my car before moving on to the problem area, which really put my mind at ease!).
He quoted for the additional work, and completed it within the timeframe he agreed with me over the phone - I got my car back 2 hours before I was initially expecting it!
Shaid called me a few times during the day to update me on progress and to let me know my car was on the way back to me.
Overall, very impressed with the service I received today.
I would definitely recommend Shaid and his team

The dedication and expertise they showed were impressive. Shaid and his team not only repaired the issue but also explained everything clearly sending me video evidence of every step they had taken to fix my vehicle and deliver it back safely topping all my fluid levels to the optimum.
