Valentin was fantastic. He arrived well within the allocated time slot. He informed me of the issue and very friendly. He quickly replaced the part needed and the car works fine again.

Valentin called me to ask if he could come at a slightly earlier than agreed time which was great. He was prompt to the new time, friendly, straight forward, quick and efficient. New front brake pads and discs fitted in just under an hour. I've just taken the car out for a drive to start easing them in, all appears well. Really pleased.
