They are fantastic and really knowledgeable on explaining the things to the customers. I did ask some stupid questions but they are very polite and helpful. In future I will relay on them for any of my car related works. Thank you so much for the fantastic job.

Had my car collected and brought back to me for a repair (replacing the timing chain) that many 'cherry picking' garages in Bristol did not want to go or couldn't do for ages.

John came down from Gloucester (30ish miles from me), fixed the car for the price quoted, kept me informed and reassured me the car was safe to drive wheras others garages had scaremongered me.

Really great service, collected the car, did have to wait for a part but kept in contact and have lots of updates. Went above and beyond when they realised the air con was broken in this heat too!

The car was collected from my home as arranged, it was returned later the same day with no problems reported, MOT & service carried out.

Good overall service, there were delays in getting the car back due to ordering parts.
