James was brilliant. I had entered the wrong information about what repair I needed, he showed me what was wrong inside the car, explained why it was slightly different to what I thought it was. He then went and got the extra parts he needed and showed me what the new cost would be by showing me the new quote on click mechanic. Also fixed a couple of extra small jobs on the car while he was there!

James was polite and well presented. He told me how long the service would take and answered some supplementary questions. Excellent, no hassle.
In his time at the race circuits, James found himself consistently working outdoors, to strict time limits and under pressure. These experiences played a formative role in showing James the requirements that would be needed when running a mobile mechanic business.
The experience of working in the motor trade exposed James to a particular view that continues to exist amongst the public, namely, the dishonest mechanic or garage. James sought to do away with this thought from potential customers and this led him to create the Mr Fix mobile mechanic brand in spring 2010.
