we are sorry that you are not satisfied with the service you recieved yesterday. we are a well established garage and take all of our work seriusly with care and satisfaction.
Just wanted to clear up on a few issues our driver called you yesterday morning at 09.39am to tell you he's outside to collect the car, your car was in your drive so the driver asked your son to take his car out whilst he parked his car around the corner in a car park. when the vehicle was passed to our driver the car was alredy started and the driver did not need to start the car and came to the garage for repairs.
soon as the vehicle came to the garage the mechanics gave they list of advisorys on the vehicle which i put on your booking app faults found, there is allot of advisories as you can see.
you called me mid day to mention that have we checked the engine management light fault which i told you yes and the oil pump was causing the issues, we advised you to check the app for all faults found which you stated yes you will do.
all work was completed around 5.30pm as requested the main 2 problems we faced was the driver side drive shaft has bearings missing and the solonoid on the starter moter was not allowing us to start the vehicle.
we jump started the car and it was fine so acording to the driver and the mechanics this starter moter fault was alredy on the vehicle when collected which was not mentioned to neither the driver, me or click mechanic.
we drove the vehile back to and advised you af all the repairsthat needed doing, the only work which we have done is fitting a 3pc luk clutch kit inc gearbox oil top up inc antifreeze top up.
You tried calling the driver around 6.30pm which he was not able to answer but you called the garage which was diverted to my mobile when you accused us of breaking the starter moter etc.
on this phone conversation you thretened me with cctv footage proving your son passed the driver keys which we dont believd happened you told me you want a full refund which i told you i dont agree to, then finally you said i will make sure to leave you a bad review,
i have been working with click mechanic since 2016 completed nerly 200 jobs 5* ratings which shows that we take pride in our customers and work. neither my staff nor i will accept threatning behaviour you said some words on the call conversation which was not necssary and you hanged the call on me.
just to confirm i have spoken to the driver in detail and confirm what i have said is correct, we apologise that you dont feel the same and sorry for any inconvenience caused which was not down to us.
