Work was carried out fine once they finally got the right parts was messed around with appointments took 2 weeks from original booking

A-z were very good and honest in my dealings with them.
I am very disappointed with Click Mechanic; it seems that they did not understand the nature of the repair required or the intricacies of my vehicle, which they would have known about because when checking my registration all the details of my car are available.
First they gave me a quote which I accepted, then they stated that I could not have my car repaired at the time of request but could have done the following day but that would involve recovery from my home at an extra charge, I reluctantly agreed and paid because I needed my car back on the road as soon as possible.
After my car had been recovered I was contacted by A-z to say that the time allocated by Click Mechanic had been grossly under estimated because for my vehicle to replace a fan belt, the whole front end needs to be removed to give access.
Next, the self adjusting fan pulley was seized; this would need replacing and possibly the water pump because the fan pulley was seized onto the water pump shaft. A-z persisted with the removal of the fan pulley and managed to remove it intact, so no need for a replacement or a water pump, good news, then the belt tensioner looked in need of replacement because this may have been the cause of the fan belt failure but that proved alright eventually because the culprit of the failure turned out to be the power steering pump mounting bracket which had sheared a bolt had had dropped onto the fan belt, this item is only available from the main dealer so we had to order one and wait because it was not in stock.
Eventually all was repaired and my car returned but the cost had escalated to nearly four times the original quote.
When Click Mechanic first told me that A-z needed more time, I argued with Click Mechanic that I had a contract with them for a quoted price and had paid this up front, so any problem with the quote was down to them to make good, but instead of doing the right thing and sorting it out for me they went to A-z and said that the customer is being awkward and will not pay the increase, so rightly so A-z told Click Mechanic that they would not do the job, fortunately A-z called me direct to talk it over and I relayed my side of the story and my problem with Click Mechanic.
The outcome of this is A-z were very communicative and honest about the job and my car was repaired as quickly as possible, so I would highly recommend A-z Mechanics for anyone within our area, but I will not be using the services of Click Mechanic again, I will not be able to trust them with any quote or assistance during the job.
