Dosent seemed to have done anything ,had to call him back to fix what he didn't do ,says its my turbo and it isn't, I feel totally ripped off ,I won't be using urcompany again !!!!!!

I was called out to come fit an egr valve which you had diagnoses from somewhere else, on plugging in my diagnostic equipment they had diagnosed correct so I carried out with egr replacement. On fitting new egr car struggled to start but eventually started which I informed you the customer, on running further diagnostics once started live readings from the egr valve where now present which they were not before, I also informed customer there was further faults in diagnoses for dpf filter and glow plugs. I did return to job at customers requested as when they tried to start car it wouldn't start On return to vehicle car started without hesitation but did notice a slight missfire on idle, customer then informed me it had used all its oil and had been serviced less than 4 weeks prior to the work I have carried out, after some more diagnosis I removed the air intake to the turbo to find the input shaft had collapsed and there was oil in air intake pipes, I informed customer and showed him where the fault was, I myself never once had to go back and fix a repair I didn't carry out.
