Michal called to ask if the appointment could be moved forward, this suited me so it was agreed. He arrived on time and briefed me on what was going to happen and when the car was returned advised me on the work and condition of the parts that were removed, all in all a great experience.

Work was finished promptly even when he was given a faulty part but kept in contact to keep me updated.

Michal is a breath of fresh air in a prickly environment. Very informative and trustworthy.
