I don't normally leave reviews, this is probably my second in 42 years!!

Rightly or wrongly, I am normally very sceptical about garages and also the review process, especially where no-one has anything negative to say, but in this case it is warranted.

They completed a wet belt change, a fairly complicated piece of work and I can't fault them. When the situation changed and more warning lights appeared, they used a pick up truck rather than risk driving it to the garage. When it turn out it was going to take slightly longer than I hoped, they gave me a courtesy car. When I asked for a photo of the strainer to understand the level of blockage, they sent a dozen pictures of the entire strip.

No attempt to add on extras or charge more than I had agreed. Great comms, polite and professional. They are now my garage of choice. Read more

I was extremely happy with the service that I got, the only issue I had is that I booked my car to be picked up between 08.00 and 10.00 but they did not turn up until 11.45

Didn't meet the mechanic, car was taken away for ball joint replacement. Passed the MOT.
