Hi Steven , sorry you had a bad experience , in terms of time we hope you understand we have many bookings alongside your booking we collect vehicles in morning and aim to get them dropped at 6 .another point parts doesn’t come out of the blue we have to get them ordered and sometimes the part takes quite a while for it to arrive (3-4) hours . There’s many things which come into factor regarding the time , what our main goal is ensuring we provide quality work and make sure there’s no mistakes , And we believe we did achieve that with your vehicle .
