Having paid for a diagnostic on my VW Golf, Clickmechanic sent me a man from Autopro motors who was totally unable to diagnose the problem as he did not have the correct software, all he was able to say that the problem was related to the misalignment of the front radar sensor (which I knew anyway) .
It was totally unacceptable that I should be treated this way, therefore I must request a refund of the money paid to Clickmechanic, this begs the question why did Clickmechanic send someone well equipped to do the task that they had been requested to do?

I have lost all faith in Clickmechanic in their ability to carry out the task that they have been paid to do.

Why did they not send a mechanic from VW who would have the required software and ability to rectify the fault?
