KAM Servicing operates 12 sites across the East Midlands all offering exceptional workmanship and customer care so no matter the repair we always treat everyone the same. Through ClickMechanic we will offer a free collection/delivery service for customers and we will dispatch a driver from one of our sites dependant on where you are based. There was no work carried out. I had booked a date for my work when I followed up on the day with garage they informed me that we cannot do the work today and we need to take your car and we will do that tomorrow. Next day I had work so told them to cancel it they said fine though they canceled before 24 hrs still they charged my card. Very unprofessional I even don't wish to follow up for the money. Worst experience

Hello, and thank you for the review. A little unfair as we didn't actually see your car or perform any work on it.

Regarding the charge on your card - you need to speak to clickmechanic about this. We didn't charge your card nor do we have access to any of your personal details - the click mechanic system doesn't work like that. You pay clickmechanic.com - and then they in turn pay us once the work has been completed.
