Richard was a pleasure to deal with, with the patience of a saint given how awkward it is to navigate around my part of the city near rush hour. He let me know he was running a bit late and updated me when he was in the area proper. Work was carried out in pretty bad weather and in the dark but posed no hassle for him as he was able to carry out a battery replacement with a stuck bolt with no trouble whatsoever. He also made sure that my alternator was working fine after a start up and recommended replacing the bolt, which was great for further peace of mind. So far no issues with the new battery so I'm pleased to have the use of the car again.
