Paul collected the car on time and performed the service and MOT. Proof of service would be great in future (some mechanics send photos). The car really smelt of cigarettes when returned as well. Please don't smoke in other people's cars!

Also i think i sent you photos of dirty air filter and pollen filter which you declined to have changed. And we had numerous dialogues re diagnostic of your eml on your dash board. I count 5 or 6 tx back and forth. I understand the prices quoted made you very unhappy however we try to use original parts were ever possible and 40 pounds for diagnostic is cheaper than most workshops
