I had a Major service on my BMW done by Shane and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. He was very friendly and professional throughout. Before the appointment he even took the time to call to make sure I was happy with the date and everything that had been arranged to be done for my car.
On the day he arrived on time and completed the service to a very high standard. He explained everything that had been done and also advised me on what to keep an eye out for moving forward.

The mechanic was friendly, but the job was not complete within the desired time frame which I paid a premium fee for (with no reimbursement of the fee I was left disappointed). The mechanic was good at updating me, but the delay was merely because the mechanic taken the car from Bristol to Cardiff to do repairs when the expectation was to be done on site due to the car not being drivable. The mechanic did not charge extra for taking the car away as it was their mistake not reading the part where I had ticked not drivable. No concerns with the mechanics work or skill set just disappointed I paid a premium fee (additional £70 for the car to be done sooner when I could of had it done and back the same day without the fee and still had my car back within the same time frame it was returned with the premium slot).

Very happy with the work completed. Shane was punctual and kept in contact before job was completed. Arrived on time and was very thorough fixing the car.
