Ian called prior to his visit to arrange a suitable time and was friendly and efficient. I would recomend him to anyone. This was a refreshingly stress-free experience.

Mechanic turned up nearly 1 HOUR late - he put keys through door some time later I went out to check as he was to put new front pads/discs on my Vito - BRAKE WARNING LIGHT STILL ON, AND BRAKES BINDING! - TRIED TO PHONE THE MECHANIC TO ASK WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS NO ANSWER _ NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This is a top class guy he sure knows his job. Tks excellent job and will be using him again.

Ian was very professional and friendly. He constantly advised me of what he was doing, was very knowledgeable, polite and an excellent mechanic.

The problem was identifies and sorted without any fuss.

Overal the work done was to a good standard. Ian was courteous, helpful and carried out the service in the time specified. Quality of the work done appears to be good. Electronic record of service seems acceptable, if somewhat sparse eg no advice as to possible future work required (possibly because there was little evident). Ian signed the car's service book but did not have an official stamp. He gave an undertaking to return in order to stamp the service book.
