Paul was Great, arrived at the time he said he would, got straight on to replacing the brake pads for me. He was polite, friendly and professional. Brakes were fixed, and any rubbish from the packaging was disposed of. Very impressed with this as a first time user. Will be looking at booking again for some work on my partners car before MOT is due.
