Simbarashe was excellent-punctual, explained everything and worked fast. When it turned he had given the incorrect part for my car he went and got the right one and didn't reschedule which I was very grateful for!

Simbarashe worked really hard for the visit, the job proved to be more complex than originally thought with a nut being seized which meant an extra component that needed to be sourced and fitted. Also once stripped for the shock absorber change the offside revealed another problem in that the last 2cm of the spring had broken.

However he rose to the occasion and the car was all fixed for me to use the next day to take the Grandchildren away for a short break.
