Suzuki Vitara Car Won't Start Inspection

The car wasn't starting (a crank no start problem). Brief diagnostic tests were conducted with a computer and a battery check that took about 20 minutes for nothing found. The mechanic then asked me to bring the car to their garage. I don't see any point for using the mobile mechanic service if the mechanic himself asks you to bring the car for another diagnostic which will cost you unless the repair work is done by them. The mobile diagnostic cost me Ā£77 for nothing. The car was meant to be checked by Mohammed but he sent a mechanic who works in his garage. The mechanic said he suspected %80 the starter motor was faulty but it could be something else. Mohammed said and insisted it was the battery and sent me a picture of the test conducted (32% health). The car was push-started and the problem never occured again. I took the car to Halfords for a full service and to check the battery. No issues found and the battery was 72% healthy ( no reason to get replaced according to them). In short, avoid wasting your money. Read more

Iām very disappointed that you have gave our garage the review that you have we visited your vehicle gave you a diagnosis which a battery health check we also stated this would need to be resolved before we can then proceed with any other fault relating to the starting motor of the vehicle

Rather it was my self or another member of my team we are all trained and fully qualified mechanics to do the job tha to fast and efficient way
Vehicle was diagnosed within time allocated any additional work would have required additional time or part to complete
