The mechanic was friendly but I felt he was in a rush for the next job. I had been waiting for him and what he said was needed is not what he put down. He said I needed thermostat so I got a bit confused. He did not say what else needed doing.

After i managed to track him down by looking on the net for his number he was great and rang me back later to explain everything. The job was booked between 2 and 4 .

Guy had my number and the customers number. He turned up at 5 and the customer said he checked everything. So he was good at the mechanic bit , customer care needs working on.
