Our mechanic was fantastic. He was a little late but he kept us updated the entire time by phoning to let us know when he was expecting to arrive. Really nice and helpful. Resolved issue quickly.

Scott was very helpful and honest. He was punctual and efficient in his diagnostic and did not waste my time.

Scott arrived over 2 hours late. He fitted a replacement starter motor to my Fiesta in about 30 minutes.
However, the car did not start. After bump starting and diagnosis, the alternator was found to be faulty. Scott was away about an hour getting a replacement unit. He fitted it in about 30 minutes and the car started normally.

Carried the job out efficiently and quickly. Rang to tell me about a change in time and kept me updated on arrival time.

Scott was very knowledgeable and found the problem quickly.

Scott was really helpful and went out of his way to source a part that was not easy to get hold of at short notice. The RAC had quoted me a significantly higher price and wouldn't be able to get me back on the road for over a month. Scott managed to do it in 4 days!

Although I was originally told he was coming between 8-10 he phoned at 10 and said he wa running late and would be here at 12 . He rang at 12.30 said the price has gone up he could not get the part I had been quoted and
he would be there at 2pm .Once arrived he got straight on with it. It took less than an hour.
