Didn’t turn up, claimed to have knocked the door yet we have been home. Still without a working car with children!
If the job was too far away don’t accept it, that is not our issue

Mechanic didn't turn up. I was charged. I rang him he said he couldn't find the address. It's a pub with great big sign outside how difficult can it be? he said he rang, I never got any calls. This all sounds like a scam to me. Really angry! Will be disputing the charge with my bank as a potential fraud. Driver really couldn't care less, said I'm busy phone the company. Won't recommend this service and will make my views known on Trust pilot.
