Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I had a particularly awkward issue with the bonnet release on my Astra H VXR, which had become stuck after the car had been stripped down and rebuilt. I had tried everything I could think of and was at the point where I was worried about damaging the bonnet or grille.

Martin arrived with all the right tools and immediately got to work. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient, and managed to get the bonnet open without causing any further damage. He then took the time to explain what had gone wrong with the cable and helped me understand what needed to be done to prevent it happening again.

What really stood out was that Martin didn't simply open the bonnet and leave. He stayed to make sure everything was sorted, helped me remove the grille and even helped me push the car back into the garage afterwards. We had a great chat about the car and you could tell he genuinely appreciated the work that had gone into it.
