Overall I'm happy for what I've asked for.

Dan point me where is the issue in my audi a6 2019 50tdi - alternator stop recharging the battery.
Downside , told me he will come in on Saturday end up being stuck on different job , but managed to come in on Sunday also late for mor than an hour of agreed time.
Also quoted me for alternator repair, but never get in touch with me even when I've tried to contact him numerous times. No whybit happened.

Hi Aleks. Apologies. I'm incredibly busy. Speaking of the repair of the alternator, as the job was booked through click mechanic, when it comes to doing warranty work, It has to be through the click mechanic system. I can't bypass this as it's against their terms and conditions. The repair of the alternator would have to be booked through click mechanic and then the invoice would need to be presented to the warranty company in order to claim the money back. This was only brought to my attention a week ago in regards to another warranty repair.
Whereas in the garage I would invoice the warranty company directly.
I'm afraid it's not something I can bypass I missed a few calls from you today but I am fully booked daily at the moment and I can only call you back when I get a free moment. Which today was one of those days where I am unable.
However, I'm glad we found the alternator was at fault, and I do hope you manage to get it repaired. If it's booked through the quote that was sent then you should be able to claim the money back through your warranty company.
