Dan was late for the scheduled appointment due to bad weather. However, this was communicated very well and I was pleasantly surprised that he was still prepared to carry out the work late on a Friday evening. He was a great bloke who was very helpful in resolving the issues with my car. Perhaps the biggest praise I can give was that he was in a position where he could have charged me the full price for the work but he worked out that the issue could be resolved in a different way. This ended in me saving me over £100 and I would have been none the wiser if charged me the original price. I would definitely recommend and use Dan again. Many thanks. Read more
