Disappointed. Asked for a full service. The next day I had the most done. There were various issues picked up that should have been picked up in the service. E.g. Locking wheel nut bolts missing. Bulb blown. Truly makes me wonder if he did anything at all and I have been taken for a ride. Leaking cv joint. Also, took 7 days and chasing for him to get back to me with quote for Volvo parts.

I am very happy with this service. I needed a pre-purchase inspection as I am in Ireland and the vehicle in the UK. Ashley was very quick, efficient and even txted after the job with a summary of the noted points. The report was also emailed immediately. Absolutely perfect service and at a great price! thanks again.

Ashley was polite,professional and punctual. Knew what was he doing and cracked on. Done in no time at all, showed me the old brake pads, explained what he done and why. Then off. Good price, convenient much better value than main dealer.

Ashley was a good friendly guy and he knew from what I said the clutch needed replacing. When he returned the car we took it out for a drive and unfortunately the car was making a loud vibration noise this was on a Saturday. We tried to ring Ashley but couldn't get hold of him. So being new to Click Mechanic we panicked and had to go onto the resolution centre. Ashley quickly replied and was very apologetic and came back on Monday and resolved this unfortunate error quickly. The actual work he carried out was all good. We would still be happy having Ashley again. We would use Click Mechanic again as it's such a good price and very convenient.

After finishing a 500 mile journey, arrived home at 5pm with a new knocking sound coming from the engine. .....( Panic) I phoned my usual garage could not see me until next week. ( not impressed)..... found this site on the web and phoned. I was contacted by Ashley the mechanic and he arranged to come out first thing next day.... Ashley arrived on time, found the cause.. I now have peace of mind!!!
