Hassan contacted me to let me know what time he was going to turn up, which helped as I had to go to work, and so was able to time it right.

Hassan was very prompt, in fact 10 minutes early and gave me a courtesy call before knocking on to make sure I was available. He confirmed with me exactly what I needed done and asked me the nature of the issues to confirm that the work was required. He then went on to explain exactly how he would tackle the work and got started, even as the rain started coming down.

Brake discs, pads and fluid were replaced in well under two hours by a very friendly guy who was open to explaining anything as he worked.

Beyond the work he also checked a few other items for me and gave some great advice about future care of the car with no pushiness to get more work done.
