Hassan was the friendly mechanic who came out for our car repair, he was very pleasant and very informative about the repair he was doing, explaining what needed to be done and why. He worked continually until the job was done. Also gave advice on what needs to be done with no pressure. Pleased to say that I have booked a slot for Hassan to come again to do the repair.
