Hassan was brilliant! He was reliable, on time and kept me up to date with what was happening with the car. He explained everything he was doing and why it needed to be done, he was very knowledgeable.

Hassan was great and carried out the work in a professional and courteous manner. This is the first time use of ClickMechanic and have found the whole experience brilliant, something I would certainly use again. One comment I would make though ... I have only give 4 stars for punctuality as Hassan only just arrived before the end of the allotted time slot. This is most certainly not a reflection on Hassan, but ... apparently he was held up awaiting the parts at the pickup depot where he just had to join a queue. Maybe a consideration to have more depots dotted around that a mechanic can pick up from or your mechanics can go to a fully dedicated desk to pick their parts up? If the mechanic has to travel some distance this is obviously an issue for them. Just a thought. Read more
