Hassan was really good, he knew what he was doing, he explained it all to me perfectly too. He was on time, I'd had a call from him before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Even though it was raining he was still cheery and friendly. I recommend him and Click Mechanic. I only had a service, but I think I shall be using him for the MOT too, as he was so good.

Hassan kept us fully informed. The person selling the car had unfortunately blocked in the car to be assessed so Hassan had to return later to get access. He told us this at the time. He then gave us a detailed update once he had examined the car and followed this up very quickly with his report. He was very friendly and appeared very knowledgeable and experienced.
