Alli was ok nice friendly he did not carry out the full service .and did not stamp my service book but it states on service book be stamped

Very disappointed with your services.
I had first visit for diagnostic purposes and was not given a detailed report of what was wrong in the car. This then led to your mechanic turning up with the wrong part.
Paid for diagnostic check and for mrchanic and car is still not fixed.
There is no body to clarify the issue except emails. Very frustrated
