I'm not happy, had some ticking sound in my engine, asked them to check it. They said they can fix it for 120 £. After two days , sound appears again. So I paid 120£ for nothing.

All went well, communication was very good. Very smooth service and information was good.

First of all they were 30mins late to their agreed time of 9.30am. After two hours of taking my car they told me that it needed more work and now the price was 590?? Anyway I agreed and paid the full amount, but they overlooked filling the engine coolant and also topped up too much engine oil (2mm above the max line). They broke my car and refused to help me telling me that I should do whatever i want?? Crazy day, definately will not use or recommend

Yes called the day before and set a time when the car would be picked up and then called the morning of the day to say how long he was going to be

amazing service and great communication - i’m out of the country so i got a few calls throughout the day to update and explain everything. very fast and punctual also

They did a great job on my car. I sent it in for a service but it also had something wrong with the car and was close to breaking down.
