Had a routine brake pad change and needed to run diagnostics. The mechanic Qasim did a good job.

The process was very straightforward
They confirmed pick up time and then the driver was very friendly and gave good customer service. The work was done within a few hours and the car was delivered on time. Very happy with the service and will use again and recommend highly.

He did the diagnostic and said he would be in touch regarding the repair after waiting 24 hours he declined to do the repair so I am no nearer getting my car repaired/ not a happy customer

The mechanic did a great job, he arrived within the allotted time. He took the car away and he returned the car with the problem cured. He even waited whilst I took the car for a test drive.
