The work on my car was carried out earlier than the time that was booked and was completed quickly.

Having driven the vehicle for a few miles, it seems the work was carried out well.

Polite, helpful, communicative, punctual - excellent all round. A lot less hassle (I didn't need to leave home or waste time) and cost of a main dealer, for the same job. I was shown the old parts with explanation and it was pointed out that the rear brake pads were very worn.

Came to visit me at the time which suited me. Spent the predicted amount of time diagnosing the problem which was thought to be a blocked DPF. Suggested what I should do to possibly fix the issue.

Did a good job (as far as I can tell!) at a great price. Changed cambelt and did a minor service. Checking the oil the next day it still looks surprisingly black, which makes me wonder if the old oil wasn't completely drained before refilling, but apart from that small niggle I'd recommend.
