Miles arrived on time, was friendly, polite and accommodating (car parked a couple of streets away in public parking space). Alternator replaced quickly and car now running fine. Took the trouble to speak to my wife about repair afterwards and offered advice on charging battery and eventual replacement. Extremely pleased with the service - also substantially cheaper than my local garage!

Took 8 days to get the part and fix. Just couldn't get the right size. Initially slow to keep me updated but then Miles really put himself out.
You have to admire his tenacity. All credit to him.
