Both Nina and her husband were very nice, and appeared to be competent. I am however a bit disappoint that although there were indications in the coolant bottle that the cylinder head gasket may be leaking. There was no mention of any traces of coolant contamination of the engine oil that was replaced consequently we are unsure of the extent of the problem.

Dear Mrs Vass,
There was no mentions of the engine oil being contaminated because it isn't.
The oil is mixing with the coolant and not the other way around. That means that engine oil is dripping in the coolant system somehow.
If the engine oil would have been contaminated, then coolant would have been dripping inside the oil passages. Two different scenarios and thus we have informed you correctly of the problem. If uncertain or have not fully understood, then further questioning would have been appreciated rather than an unfounded 3 star rating
Also you are not sure of the extent of the problem because neither are we.
We were called at your premises to undertake an interim service, during which we flagged the issue and noted that it may or may not indicate a head gasket problem.
We were not called nor would have been paid to diagnose or repair any further issues found as they are not part of a routine service, which is why we advised that a further diagnosis should take place.
As per our terms and conditions everything was done correctly.
I understand you may be dissatisfied but the service you requested has been successfully completed.
