We are sorry that we couldn’t attend your vehicle due to adverse weather conditions that could of put one of my members of staff lives at risk so that he can fit your starter motor in -2 and 40mph winds ask yourself would you work underneath a Car in melted snow with the wind trying to tip a vehicle of axel stands I think you will find that you wouldn’t but we will take your review on the chin as you can’t olease everyone the other 212 5 star reviews speak the truth

Only late due to adverse weather conditions but called to advise me of this. 👌 still carried out he work in very cold icy conditions. Car was tested and advised of a fault light commmon on Audi’s. So a great job well done thanks. Very convenient service

Lee was totally honest and trustworthy. Arrived on time and diagnosed problem straight away. When car was too damaged to be repaired he charged very little for about 12 hours work trying to effect repair. Would recommend him to anyone who needs to be sure they won't be ripped off price wise and for quality if work. Lee is very knowledgeable too. 5 stars!

Having been let down by the first mechanic (Theo) the communication from Lee was superb. Whilst he arrived later than planned, he had the decency to let me know he was still waiting for the last option of brake discs. Fitted discs and pads all round in the rain, and whilst it took a while, he never batted an eye. As such, I have no hesitation in fully recommending Lee and would definitely use him again.

Lee was terrific. Although he was delayed (not his fault) due to the horrendous weather meaning earlier jobs took longer, he still came and worked on resolving the issue. When he couldn't replace the brake due to an additional caliper problem, he offered to come back the following day, replace the caplier, and drop it off at work for me. Car drives like new. Will be using again. Very helpful guy.
