Returned my car after MOT air con refresh interim service with a headlamp not working. This is a telling reflection of the quality of service. What did the MOT tester do? This lamp was working before the car left my house!

Hi. Thank you for your review.I am really sorry for what happened, but we only repolished the front lens of the headlights. We didn't disturb the headlight inside or taken out. About the m.o.t. ,the headlight was working because it if it wasn't ,the car couldn't pass the M.O.T test.Given the fact that the car it's over 14 years,anything can happen anytime.For your peace of mind i advice you to get a fully electric diagnostic.
