Ryder and his colleague ran diagnostic checks asked questions and checked my car, every case is different however for my case they were friendly and gave reassuring advice and gave me reassurance and confidence about the issue I had and the resolutions, so for diagnostic purposes I would recommend based on my experience! They were polite and helpful
