Ryan - Ipswich. Did not get the chance to talk with Ryan as I was out when the car was returned, but came across as friendly when he picked up the car, at time agreed. Oil changed and new brakes fitted. All appears good. Happy to use again.

The mechanic was good, but the system of what was going to happen in detail was inferior from ClickMechanic. if I had known I was only going to get a £18 fuel additive into the tank and had to run the engine for 20 mins, i would have done that myself and saved £80.

the problem is still the same.
