They collected my car within the time frame stated in initial email. The car was brought back and the keys handed to me on my doorstep.

Can't fault Mamut, super friendly and clear communication on collection of the vehicle. He even replaced a blown bulb free of charge going above and beyond expectations.

Replaced front spring coils. Picked the car up, fixed and returned it. Communication was excellent and the whole process was really easy.
