Rob changed his appointment time 3 times, which was a little difficult. But most importantly HE DID NOT COMPLETE THE WORK. He was unable to reset the service reminder on my Freelander - apparently his software that allowed him to do so did not work. I am still waiting to hear from clickmechanic how they intend to correct this...
