Rob was first class....Fords would have charged me a fortune and probably stitched me up as well.....Rob identified the problem immediately, which was not as bad as I first thought, and literally went the extra mile..s to get the job done.....I live in SW London and he drove to Croydon to pick up a part....only to find that someone had pinched the O ring from the part.....He then drove all the way to Crawley to get the part.....His number is now in my phone....It was really great to have someone who takes pride in what he does and the way he treats his customers....Top bloke...
