Rob was on time and communicated well in advance of the booking time. Friendly and knew his stuff. Truck up n running very quickly. Cant say enough good about the experience.

This has to be the biggest con! The website promotes an idea that their mechanics are highly trained, that there pricing is 50% less than a franchised dealer. I’m sure Robert sort of knows what he is doing however my experience was awful, firstly he was an hour and half late, had to then listen to a list of excuses. He then proceeded to perform a diagnostic using a screwdriver butted up to my engine which is a pretty primitive approach. He couldn’t perform a computer diagnostic as his software was out of date, had to listen to more excuses. He did demonstrate that cylinder one was creating a spark so he then decided that the issue was a timing belt being off although he had already told me this is what he thought it was before arriving. At that point he said he was done (£60.30 to have some one hold a screw driver to your engine?!?) and I’d receive a quote for the repair. 30 mins later a received a quote for £628 (Robert phoned wanting the work but admitted he hadn’t ever done this install (not very inspiring). I’ve now discovered the same job would cost £225 from Honda. Robert told me via text that they not only charge for labour but they also add money on to parts purchased, basically he and this company are out as he said “to make money” nothing to do with customer satisfaction. So why does this company put so many interesting promises, I can only guess to convince you or I to part with large sums of money that in reality you could get elsewhere. I’d never use the company again and I’m determined to get my money back. I will be going to the main dealer whom I’m sure will expose Robert as a bit rated mechanic. Stay away from this fraudulent mechanic and this con of a company unless you wish to throw your money away. Read more

Robert did a fantastic job on fixing my car, I would recommend and would defiantly use him again. He certainly knows his knowledge of cars and gave me loads of advise.
I would defiantly recommend his to friends. It was much more convenient having someone coming to my property to fix my car.

Robert recently carried out a pre-sale inspection for me on a Category D car. I obviously had reservations about purchasing the car due to its history and wanted someone competent to give it a thorough check before parting with my cash. From the outset of my dealings with Robert, he was very communicative, and made me feel at ease and confident in his knowledge of the mechanics of many different makes of car. After the inspection had been carried out I called Robert for an update and he gave me a verbal assessment of his findings, which were very detailed. The written report came a few hours later with photos attached. I'm happy to say that on the basis of his inspection and the peace of mind that this gave me, I will purchase the vehicle.
