What a lovely guy! Liam was super friendly and helpful - we had had such a stressful morning after travelling over 200 miles to our holiday destination and another 100 miles to go and the check engine light came on. Liam even offered to go out of his way to get us some specialist oil but luckily a nearby garage had some. He really put our mind at rest. Even though he was stuck in traffic he called to let us know but was still with us well within the time frame. Great guy all round :)

Liam seemed very pleasant but was late arriving. He carried out the diagnostic check which he cleared the codes within 15 mins. Tested the car and said all ok, any problems contact me.
I am not happy with the work carried and the Health Check was missed and not carried out even though a check sheet had been submitted by Liam.

I usually book an RAC inspection. However today it took an hour to get through on the RAC phone system, only to be told it would be 3 weeks wait (not good as I'm picking a car up this week).
