One is though was that he was 3 hours late.

Mechanic picked up the car, and returned within a few hours. Great comms and friendly .

Job completed with care and good communication. There was initial confusion as to whether car needed pads or shoes, but was sorted. Happy customer.

Happy with the job. Am slightly concerned I may have paid more in labour costs than I would have if I’d asked for pads and discs to be changed in the first instance rather than just pads.
Not sure changing discs as well warranted an additional labour charge.

Don't believe I met the actual mechanic. Work seems to have been carried out well. Car was returned very late in the evening.

Really keep you informed. Will be using all the time from now on..My local garages in Newbury didn't seam to want to know or were well over priced for what I wanted doing.
