My mechanic took the job on very last minute and did a great job. The communication was prompt and they dealt with my worries about not having my car back in time really well and reassured me it would be.

Told me that they recommend a new brake caliper reluctantly I agreed asked how much it was then told it was £68 asked if that was the total cost they said it would be £90 and change.result bill for £120 and change the brake pedal feels spongy so it looks like I'll have to bleed the brakes myself not pleased

More verbal communication and explanation would be very helpful for pre-purchase inspection especially . The mechanic told me "the car is good" after I asked him for opinion. That was all the information I have got at that moment (before the written report). However, I am happy with the service you provide and I will use it in the future as well.
