Ty was punctual, and had a professional approach throughout the pre service sales check. He was very forthcoming about giving an explanation about what he was doing and why. He also answered all of my questions and never once made me feel as though a stupid question was being asked nor did he come across inconvenienced by the amount of questions I had to ask him. He appeared to be thorough with his checks and very knowledgeable about his trade. For these reasons, I would use his services again with confidence and would recommend him to anyone else.
