Zain didn't deem my work worthy of his own time and attention so he sent his junior technician to perform the work. The technician was staggeringly incompetent and continuously demonstrated that he knew little to nothing about cars and even less about the car he was there to inspect. No attempt was made to inspect the underside of the car, or to check any of the fluids in the car. The code reader he used was unsuitable and the photos taken of supposed body damage were actually of his own reflection in the paint work.

In short, the work was incompetent and the response since this issue has been raised has been a mix of negligence and contempt.

Very good work, very helpful trying to get to the bottom of the mess a previous Clickmechanic mechanic had made

From the very beginning till the end of the process, Zain had great communication, made himself available for calls and reported back regularly on the process. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and my van would have been back with me within the same week, but I asked Zain to do some extra work for me.
When my van came back, the third party driver (not linked to the garage) scratched the van on a hedge near to my home. Zain personally made sure that this situation was resolved and I have come away impressed by the way he runs his garage. I wholeheartedly recommend Zain to anyone who needs work done.
